Seating is between 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm


  • Clarence river prawn salad with pickled carrots, board beans, mint, lemon ras-el-hanout, aged balsamic (GF)
  • Chicken liver pate with pickled cherries, bread shards
  • Locally made burrata with summer tomato, basil oil and red vein sorrel (GF)


  • Turkey stuffed with pistachio & cranberries served with an endive salad and lemon salad
  • Pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto served on cauliflower cream topped with a fig and soft herb salad (GF)
  • Parmesan crusted artichokes, board beans, chargrilled zucchini and crushed hazelnuts (V)


  • Traditional plum pudding served with Brandy creme anglaise & Christmas spiced ice-cream
  • Christmas petit fours – fruit mince tart, white Christmas, chocolate opera cake, mini cinnamon ice-cream coated in white chocolate
  • Stilton cheese with port poached pear lavosh and muscatels
