Payment

All tickets must be pre-purchased online via the Parliamentary Catering website. Full payment is required at the time of booking, all major credit cards are accepted. Credit card fees might be applied by your bank.

An email copy with a digital receipt will be sent once payment is received. One order per a booking. An email copy can be presented on the day, a printed copy is not required.

Cancellation

If the tickets are cancelled, a small fee may apply to process the refund. Tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Payment is managed by a third-party called Stripe Payments.

Dietaries

Most dietaries can be accommodate on a request, please provide a list of your dietaries closer to the date.

Groups

The maximum table seating is a large round table that can seat 10 people. Large groups will be clustered together across multiple tables as required.

Located within the historic NSW Parliament House, the Strangers’ Room, overlooking the beautiful Domain Gardens provides the perfect backdrop to watch the iconic race.

Enjoy a delicious Melbourne Cup inspired degustation designed by the award-winning culinary team at Parliament House.

Dietaries must be forwarded by the 20th October 2025, where possible dietaries are accommodated.

Cash Sweeps & Door Prizes

Optional cash sweeps will be available on the day.

There is no TAB onsite, however there is free wi-fi throughout the building.
