Groups

The maximum number for group bookings in the restaurant is 24 people.

Seating is either round tables of 6, or long tables of 8 or 10. The maximum to one table is 10.

The Group organiser must settle the bill on the day or each table can settle their own bill.

There is no individual bill splitting. Each table will be responsible for settling their own additional drinks that are ordered on the day. A tax invoice receipt will be provided by the Restaurant Supervisor at the end of service.

No speeches, music, entertainment, dancing, gifts or table swapping is permitted in the restaurant, please consider hiring a private room.

Private Dining Room Hire

For groups over 24 people, or for those wishing to give speeches or provide entertainment, Private Dining Rooms are available to hire on request for exclusive use.

Exclusive Hire of a Private Function Room starts from $100.00 an hour.

The largest function room is the Strangers’ Room which can hold up-to 300 people for a sit-down lunch or dinner.

The smallest room is the Reid Room which can hold up-to 16 people.

For Private Function Room hire an Events Agreement Booking Form must be signed and a deposit paid to secure the booking.

Large Restaurant Group Bookings

If you don’t require a Private Dining Room and your booking is between 24 and 60 people, a private space within the building will be allocated to your group.

Monday to Thursday – Set Menu

Three Course Lunch Package for only $90 pp
- Three Course Lunch with tea & coffee
- Pre-select one entrée, main & dessert from the Functions Menu
- The selection along with dietaries must be summitted 10 days prior.
- If meals are not pre-selected, Chef’s Choice will apply.
- Beverage packages are available on request
A credit guarantee or deposit is required at the time of booking
The bill must be settled on the day
