- Valid for functions held in January, April and July
- The function must be held during business hours on Monday to Friday between 8 am to 5:30 pm
- Business hours, 8am to 5:30pm
- After hours, 6am to 8am, 5:30pm to 10:30pm
- Not valid for events booked after-hours, on weekends or on public holidays
- If an event is booked during business and after hours, only the business hours hire will receive the discount
- Minimum room hire is two hours
- Minimum numbers for catering is 20 people
- The discount is only valid on one function room per a booking
- If the event is moved outside of the valid date range, the promotion will no longer apply
- Reduced minimum spend for functions booked in January, April and July
- The discount will appear on the final invoice
- Not valid with any other promotions or discounts
- Subject to availability at the time of booking
