This medium bodied Shiraz / Viogner is from the cool regional area of Orange, NSW.
A small component of Viognier is added to the Shiraz in order to heighten the aromas of the wine.
The result is a wine with lovely lifted artomas of spice, pepper and forest berries. There are layers of flavour with balanced oak nuances and dusty tannins which will integrate with time in the cellar.
