NSW Parliamentary catering makes food safety our highest priority, with this in mind it is important to inform our customers on our position with regards to allergens within our catering operation.
If you or your guests suffer from allergies or intolerances, it is of the upmost importance that you inform our organisers prior to an event and to your waiter or waitress at the point of service. Upon request we can provide our customers with specific information on the ingredients of our menu items.
Our teams are trained to ensure customer safety with regards to food allergies but we do operate in a kitchen where allergens are always present. We do make every effort to prevent cross contamination in our kitchen but we are unable to guarantee that any food item on our menu is FREE from any specific allergen and all food items in our kitchens may contain traces of allergens.
