There are over eight historic and contemporary spaces available for hire, which means we can cater to just about any function from a board meeting, to a seminar, product launch, lunch, dinner, cocktail function, awards night and more. There are historic spaces such as the book lined Jubilee Room, with its stained glass ceiling and book-lined walls; the marbled Fountain Court, with its stunning central water feature; the Members’ and Strangers’ Dining Rooms, with their panoramic views of the Domain; the intimate Parkes Room and the purpose built Theatrette, with its in-built bar and foyer area.
Much-loved by members of Parliament, visiting dignitaries and other clients, the breakfast, canapé and banquet menus present an exciting mix of modern Australian and international cuisine with each dish using only the finest produce grown right here in NSW, adding a local flavour that will impress and delight guests.
