Burrawong chicken liver pate served with pickled cherries toasted brioche & bread shards

Seafood assiette oyster, scampi, crab timbale, sashimi, king fish with crème fraiche dressing (GF)

Zucchini flowers stuffed with gorgonzola served with a green apple pomegranate salad (Vegetarian)

Mains

Pettit Turkey wellington served with mushie peas and a red wine jus

Chargrilled beef fillet served with handmade mushroom ravioli, king brown mushroom, red wine jus

Crispy skin barramundi wrapped in pork speck served with summer baby vegetables (GF)

Mediterranean vegetable terrine layered with mozzarella napoleatana garnished with a crisp parmesan shard (Vegetarian)

Dessert

Traditional plum pudding served with brandy anglaise lightly spiced vanilla ice-cream

Apple tarte a tatin served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice-cream

Fresh mango served with a coconut meringue and mango parfait (GF)
